Servo control voltage stabilizer: Servo motor voltage stabilizer

Servo control voltage stabilizer: Servo motor voltage stabilizer

The servo stabilizer consists of a servo motor that controls the stabilization process and provides the best power supply voltage. This is achieved by using continuously variable automatic transformers, step-down-boost transformers and control circuits, and servo motors to suppress input voltage fluctuations, and then adjust the current to the correct output level.

Servo control voltage stabilizer

Servo voltage stabilizer is a closed-loop control mechanism(industrial servo voltage stabilizer). Although the input fluctuates due to unbalanced conditions, it can still maintain a balanced 3-phase or single-phase voltage output. Most industrial loads are three-phase induction motor loads. In the actual factory environment, the three-phase voltage is rarely balanced

The voltage correction in the servo stabilizer is caused by the increase or decrease of the number of windings in the automatic transformer, and then the number of control windings of the transformer increases or decreases. Therefore, the reliability of the servo regulator mainly depends on the reliability of the servo motor.

By comparing the output voltage with a reference voltage level, a signal is sent to the controller to stabilize the voltage fluctuation to the desired preset output voltage. Therefore, the equipment only bears the allowable voltage load, and keeps running and is electrically protected.

The servo stabilizer uses a moving servo motor, which is an electromechanical device(servo motor voltage regulator). Therefore, compared with the static voltage regulator, the voltage correction speed (100 V/sec) is slower, and the correction time is 50 milliseconds to 5 seconds.

The servo voltage stabilizer works on the servo mechanism, which is negative feedback and is used to control voltage fluctuations. In the servo regulator, there is a step-up/step-down transformer assembly, which is mainly used to adjust and control the input voltage.

Compared with automatic voltage stabilizer, servo voltage stabilizer is the best voltage stabilizer for household and industry. Servo regulators have a high load capacity, they are fast, accurate, long-lived, effective and reasonably priced. Moreover, the use and application fields of servo regulators are very extensive.
