20KVA voltage stabilizer: industrial servo voltage stabilizer

About the installation and use the skills of 20KVA voltage stabilizer:

Tips for installing and using the voltage stabilizer, in order to make it easier for users to install the voltage stabilizer, SCIENTEK ELECTRICAL will simply share with you the installation method of the 20KVA voltage stabilizer and hope to help you.

STEP#1: Put the 20KVA voltage stabilizer on the distribution board, and choose the fuse that meets the power of the instrument, so as to ensure the safety of electricity.

STEP#2: Connect the power supply of the electrical equipment to the output surface, and pay attention to that the rated input value of the electrical equipment is consistent with the value of the voltage stabilizer, and no error can be made.

STEP#3: After installation, first, turn on the switch of the stabilized power supply. If the working indicator is on, then we will observe whether the indicated value of the voltmeter is normal. When the output voltage is normal, turn on the power switch of the electrical equipment, the voltage regulator can automatically adjust the voltage and supply power normally.

STEP#4: When the electrical equipment is not used for a long time, be sure to turn off the switch of the electrical equipment first to avoid power consumption.

STEP#5: The voltage stabilizer shall not be overloaded. When the mains voltage is low, the output capacity is reduced, and the load of the regulator should be reduced accordingly.

STEP#6: When selecting electrical appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, water pumps and other equipment with motors running, a voltage stabilizer with a capacity of more than 3 times should be selected to prevent the starting current of the equipment from exceeding the voltage stabilizer fuse current or the overcurrent protection circuit breaker current to stabilize the voltage. The fuse of the device is blown or the circuit breaker is tripped or the voltage drop is too large to work.

STEP#7: The surface contacting with the voltage stabilizing equipment should ensure sufficient planting surface to avoid heat generation during operation.

STEP#8: Regardless of whether it is a voltage stabilizer or an industrial servo voltage stabilizer, after connecting all the output and input lines, you need to turn off the switch and then turn it on again. After checking that the output voltage is normal, it can be turned on again.
